Prafull Billore aka MBA Chaiwala is a businessman and the owner and founder of the MBA Chaiwala Franchise. He was born on 14 January 1996 in the Dhar district of the Malwa region in Madhya Pradesh. He also completed his early studies in his hometown. After that, he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Devi Ahilya University in Indore.
He wanted to do post-graduation from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) after passing the Common Admission Test (CAT) and Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) entrance exam after graduation. He went to Ahmedabad and worked hard to pass the entrance exam, yet he failed the test twice.
He used to thinking of doing something big since childhood. He believed that it is better to start one’s own small business than to do someone else’s job and do it with so much passion that he can achieve a big position later on. After failing in entrance exam, at the age of 21, he did a part-time job at McDonald’s while joining a private college to pursue MBA due to family pressure.
He was not satisfied after doing MBA from a private college, so he went back home disappointed. He later returned to Ahmedabad, and against his parent’s wishes with ₹8000, he opened a tea stall right in front of his dream university, IIM.
At the beginning of his business, he had to face many difficulties. But he overcame all the difficulties and went on expanding his business and today his annual turnover is more than ₹5 crores. Prafull is the inspiration of many youths who want to start their own business.
