Neha Dhupia is an Indian model and Bollywood actress who is mainly known for working in Hindi films. Along with Hindi films, she has also worked in Telugu, Punjabi, Urdu, and Japanese films. Apart from this, she is also mainly active in the television industry. Dhupia was born on 27 August 1980 in Kochi, Kerala. Due to her father being a commander in the Indian Navy, she got the opportunity to study at Naval Public School, Kochi.
Later, due to her father being transferred to Delhi, she completed her further schooling at Navy Children School, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. After that, she obtained an Honors degree in History from Jesus and Mary College affiliated with the University of Delhi. Neha started her acting career with a play titled ‘Graffiti’ in New Delhi. After that, she appeared in a music video for the Indi-pop band Euphoria. She also modeled for some advertising projects.
After this, she appeared in the Star Plus program Rajdhani in 2000. In the same year, she also made her debut with the role of Mina in the Japanese film Ninja Odoru! Ninja Densetsu.
