Mumbai Diaries Season 2 Plot / Story:
Mumbai Diaries’ first season is Prime Video’s popular medical drama, which was released in 2021. This series showed the chaos in the government hospital during the 26/11 Mumbai attacks and the courage of the doctors and their dedication to the patients. This incident was covered for the first time in this series from the doctors’ perspective.
The story of the series begins in Bombay General Hospital, a few hours before the Mumbai terror attacks. Mohit Raina plays the role of Dr. Kaushik Oberoi, who is the head of the trauma department. For them, saving the patient’s life is everything. The series showed how Dr. Kaushik and his team help people during terrorist attacks despite the lack of arrangements.
The incident of the 26/11 terror attack was shown with different events taking place inside a government hospital. In this attack, terrorists from Pakistan also targeted the hospital in Mumbai. But, the brave policemen foiled him. Apart from this, the reporting style of media during terrorist attacks is also seen in the series.
This series of 8 episodes were very much liked by the audience. Now taking this sequence forward, the poster of the second season of the series has been released by Prime Video. However, the release date of the second season of the series has not been clarified yet. If reports are to be believed, viewers will get to see a new story in Mumbai Diaries Season 2.
This series was made under the direction of Nikhil Advani. Its second season is produced by Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani. In the second season of Mumbai Diaries, actors like Mohit Raina, Tina Desai, Shreya Dhanwantri, Satyajit Dubey, Natasha Bhardwaj, Mrinmayee Deshpande, and Prakash Belwadi will be seen along with Konkona Sen Sharma.
