Dharmendra Dhakad aka Harsh Rajput is an Indian YouTuber who is famous for humorous news reporting in his YouTube videos. Harsh was born on 1 March 1995 in Jasoia village of Aurangabad, Bihar. He completed his early education at DAV School, Aurangabad. After that, he completed his graduation from Magadh University, Bihar. After graduating from Bihar, his family sent him to Delhi to pass UPSC and become an IAS.
He started preparing for UPSC by renting a small room in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi, but he did not feel like studying. Instead of studying, he used to sleep after watching movies. Many types of creativity kept going on in his mind. He used to make a timetable for his studies every day but was not able to follow it. One and a half year’s time in Delhi was wasted in making such a timetable.
During the same time, one of his friends got a government job in a bank. He got a posting in some village in Maharashtra. His life was limited to working on a chair. The friend was not happy. Even Harsh did not approve of such a job. One of his childhood friends lived in a flat in a rented building. Coincidentally that day he met his friend. He said that he does theatre, which involves acting.
Harsh did not know much about theatre, but he liked his friend’s work. So we went to Mandi House in Delhi to see his theatre. After watching the theatre, Harsh’s creativity took off and he immediately joined the theatre. For two years he learned the nuances of theater at Asmita Theater Group. Then he went to Mumbai to become a hero. He wanted to try his luck by giving an audition in Aramnagar.
After getting selected for the audition, he also got small roles, which helped him earn his living. While he was still struggling, in March 2020, a complete lockdown was imposed across the country due to the Corona epidemic. However, by then Harsh had deposited about Rs 1.5 lakh in his account. With that money, he bought equipment like a laptop, camera, etc., and decided to become a YouTuber.
