Choona Web Series Story/Plot:
Netflix had released the teaser of its new web series Choona long ago. Now the new release date of this series has arrived. It is going to be released on OTT platform Netflix on 29 September 2023. The series is mainly based on the background of politics of Uttar Pradesh, the entire shooting of which has been done in Lucknow.
Generally in colloquial language, applying Choona is considered to be cheating or meaningless, however, this web series seems to be based on a robbery of Rs 600 crore. Actor Jimmy Shergill plays the role of a superstitious politician Shukla in this series. Before doing any work, he calls a Pandit and gets the auspicious time fixed.
If the planets are not favorable, then he asks his astrologers for a solution as to how to make those planets favorable. Its ten fingers have rings made of gems. Which is worn according to the condition of the planets. However, in the series, we will also get to see whether it is the villain of a political party or of films.
He writes the story of his own plight which leads to his downfall. An attempt has been made in the series to prove that man definitely gets the results of his bad deeds, apart from this astrology works in its place. Even in our society, no powerful man pays attention to a weak person, he considers him insignificant.
But he forgets how weak men together bring down a strong man. Apart from Jimmy Shergill, actors like Asim Gulati, Vikram Kochhar, Chandan Roy, Namit Das, Monica Pawar, Gyanendra Tripathi, and Atul Srivastava are in lead roles in the series.
The director of the series is Pushpendra Nath Mishra which he has made in 8 episodes. It is manufactured by Flying Saucer company. The earlier release date of the Choona web series was kept as 3 August 2023, which was extended to 29 September 2023.
