Harshal Patel is a young Indian fast bowler who is known for his sharp bowling in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He was born on 23rd November 1990, in Sanand, Gujarat, India. He has been attracted to cricket since childhood and at the age of 8, he started taking training in cricket under the direction of coach Tarak Trivedi. Along with cricket, he continued his studies and passed his high school examination at the school of Gujarat.
In 2005, his entire family was shifted to the United States of America (USA), but his elder brother Tapan Patel assured him that he was in India for his cricket. After this, he gave his entire focus on cricket and in 2008 he joined the Aggressive Cricket Club where he played in New Jersey’s Cricket League CLNJ. During the same year 2008-09, Harshal got a chance to play for India Under-19, where he took 23 wickets in the entire season.
